Which Side Are You On? JULY 4, 2019 (video)

On July 4, 2019 there were two events at opposite ends of the National Mall in Washington, DC. From the Lincoln Memorial, the ‘president’ had a red-hat rally stirring fervor and hatred. At the Washington Memorial, Carole King gave a concert. This poem tells that story of that day’s twisted juxtaposition of bigotry and hate vs. splendor and peace.
